At JVN, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our return eligibility criteria.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned products, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
